So what is EFT?
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) or Tapping helps to remove the charge of emotion to allow you freedom from emotional, psychological and physical pain. It has been described as acupuncture for the emotions, without the needles. Although you are talking with your practitioner, EFT takes you beyond words by simply tapping on a series of meridian points.
